Trained and certified/licensed as a supervisor and contractor in the practices and
procedures of asbestos abatement at the University of Texas( Tyler ) and became a
licensed Realtor in the state of Texas. Received a Project Management certificate
from Villanova University.

provides project management for prime, subcontract, vendor, supplier, and other
agreements.
Ronald Banks has over 20 years of experience in technology, and construction
industries in the area of operations, marketing, project management and contract
administration.

Field Operations Director is responsible for on-site supervision of each project. The
superintendent at each site has the authority to the approval make decisions and
approve change orders issued by customers' Contracting Officer Representatives.
The Field Operations Director obtains and maintains correspondence, reports, and
mile stone and project completion sign-offs.
Wallace Spearmon has over 10 years of experience in the administration and
supervision for private, and government general construction and specialty trades
industries. Mr. Spearmon studied Technology Education at the University of
Arkansas. Trained and certificated in the areas of general construction, materials
procurement, and procedures of asbestos abatement.
Melissa Wilson
Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director serves as the primary human resources
coordinator. Primary responsibility is to retain competent, and suitably qualified
personnel required to fulfill both administration and contractual obligations.
Melissa Wilson has over 12 years of Human Resources experience and is a
Certified Human Resources Professional (PHR). Ms Wilson holds a Master’s in
Business Administration.

The Administration Director's primary responsibility is to made sure employees
personnel and payroll files are complete and maintained. In addition, the
Administration Director provides administrative support to the Field Operations
Director and President/CEO.
Patrice Owusu has over 7 years of experience in Accounting and Human
Resources. Mr. Owusu is a certified office technology administrative professional
whom provides clerical, technical and bookkeeping office support.
