Houston KACO (KACO) is a general contractor and provides specialty trades services for the construction and maintenance of buildings. KACO's past performance work experience includes new work, additions, alterations, maintenance and repairs of building in Houston, TX. In addition, for current projects KACO provides natural disaster recovery, debris removal, and asbestos abatement services in the gulf coast area of the United States. KACO has certified and licensed crews trained to provide Regulated Asbestos-Containing Material (RACM) and Non-RACM abatement services for public, government, commercial, private, and residential properties. The specialty trades services KACO performs demolition, pouring concrete, site preparation, plumbing, painting, and electrical work, and other activities that are similar for prime contractors and as a prime contractor for private, local government and federal clients. As a general contractor KACO engages in the preparation of sites for new construction. KACO performs work at various construction sites, and setup shop locations where prefabrication of work is required. KACO uses different types of equipment, work force skills required to implement general contractor contracts.
